Christopher M. Lyons
Managing Director
Chris began his career in insurance in 1988 as a member of Great West Life Assurance
Company. In 1997, Chris began working for Management Facilities Corporation as Director
of Claims and Case Management. Chris joined Equinox Management Group in 2002, where
he served as Vice President of Claims until 2011. At this time, he was offered and
accepted the presidency of CBP, officially beginning his tenure with the company
in February of 2011. With 30 years of experience in the industry, Chris incorporates
his vast expertise in Third Party Administrator Operations, Managing General Underwriting,
accident and health, special risk, and reinsurance, as well as all aspects of travel
insurance, to his role at CBP.
Richard T. Jones
Director of Operations
Rick joined the management team of Co-ordinated Benefit Plans as Vice President
of Operations in 2007. Currently, he oversees all of the operational aspects of
CBP including the Claims, Customer Service, Accounting, and IT departments. Rick
has over 30 years of experience serving in a leadership capacity, primarily through
his work at several large insurance carriers and TPA’s specializing in a wide variety
of accident and health, workers compensation, and other niche insurance products,
as well as at the entrepreneurial level.
Rebecca L. Sivak
Director of Client Services
Becky joined the management team of Co-ordinated Benefit Plans as Assistant Vice
President of Client Services in 2008. She is directly responsible for the oversight
of Client Relationship Management, Compliance and Grievances, Corporate Services,
and Eligibility and Enrollment. Prior to her time at CBP, Becky spent over 15 years
with Aetna Life Insurance Company and Aetna International. Her responsibilities
spanned across various operational, supervisory, and management roles of the company,
including Customer Service, Claims, Recovery, Quality Assurance and Training, as
well as Plan Sponsor Liaison for domestic and international health insurance programs.
